The senior forward, Ohio’s two-time Ms. Basketball and an Ohio State signee, moved within three points of tying former Jackson star Taylor Mikesell’s Stark County career scoring record of 2,175 points. Kyla Foster scored 10 points for McKinley, while Nakyah Terrell added five points, eight assists and six steals.

McKinley led 46-41 through three quarters before both teams combined for 61 points in the final eight minutes. Kiersten Bell, three days after becoming Stark County’s all-time leading scorer, went for 36 points as the Bulldogs senior scored 14 buckets and went 8-of-10 at the line. Kyla Foster had 15 points and five steals and Jazzameire Rampey grabbed 10 rebounds and scored eight points for the Bulldogs.
