Canton Mckinley Cornerback? Why wont OSU recruit,Jermaine Edmondson, the kid is a stud. According to ESPN he's the #1 ranked CB in Ohio. ohiostate.scout.com has the buckeyes needing corners. We need to flip this kid. Go Pups! Go Bucks!
Re: Canton Mckinley Cornerback?
I thought I read where Jermaine reconfirmed his commitment to MSU right after Pittman reversed his. OSU might have up to 6 more scollies left since this years early enrollments go towards last years class so maybe somebody needs to get a hold of Meyers to let him know he's rethinking. It's not like OSU is loaded at defensive backs so maybe Meyers would be interested.
Re: Canton Mckinley Cornerback?I think I remember reading that too in the coverage of Pitt's move. Props to the young man... if he's happy going there, stay there. Good luck Nookers
Re: Canton Mckinley Cornerback?Edmonson is one hell of a player, but the Buckeyes are in good shape at CB. Edmondson is a three star and the 48th ranked CB in the nation. The Buckeyes have already recived a commit from Glenville's De'van Bogard, who is a four star and ranked 24th in the nation. The Bucks have already recieved a commit for next year from Cameron Burrows from Trotwood Madison, who is a five star, and may end up being the top rated CB in the nation.
The Buckeyes two deep at corner features a frosh, a RS frosh, and a RS soph. Doran Grant was a five star, and the top nationally rated CB last year. Bradley Roby was the 44th rated QB two years ago. Travis Howard was a four star and rated #19 three years ago. The Buckeyes are loaded at CB, although Howard may have to improve on the field to retain his starting spot. In addition to all of this, OSU is going down to the wire for Amani Reeves, who is a four star and ranked 6th in the nation.
Re: Canton Mckinley Cornerback?According to ESPN, Jermaine Edmondson is the #1 Ranked CB in Ohio. Bogard from glenville is listed as a safety. Those star rankings are a joke, Edmondson only played 2 season at CB,maybe thats the issue..I just read on scout.com that OSU is looking for 2 CB's. This kid has size and speed, I thought OSU wanted to keep the best players in state..this may come back to haunt us..Besides good luck to Jermaine!
