I dont think some of them will ever get the message, to me it seems like the big boys are lazy and dont hustle but i love the energy and ambition from alexander and williams we need more like them

Williams has made changes from last year but he can't do it alone... Alexander's fun to watch play, he's always worked his tail off. A couple others need to figure it out quick or this'll be a loooong year.
